Our Puppies and Pilates Services

Low Impact Mat Pilates

Gentle mat based Pilates strengthens your body without stressing your joints. Controlled movements build core stability, flexibility, and tone, making this an ideal option for beginners, recovering exercisers, and anyone seeking kinder, low impact training.

Core Focused Sequences

Every session centers on your core, the foundation of good posture and movement. Targeted sequences build deep abdominal strength and stability, improving how you sit, stand, and move throughout the rest of your day.

Breath and Alignment Coaching

We guide your breathing and alignment through each exercise. Learning to move with control and intention deepens the benefits of every movement, protecting your body while helping you feel calmer, centered, and more connected.

Beginner Friendly Modifications

No Pilates experience is needed. Every movement offers modifications, so newcomers follow along comfortably while building confidence. Clear cues and a relaxed pace ensure you never feel lost, rushed, or out of your depth.

Puppy Socializing and Play

Between and around the movement, playful puppies bring joy and connection. Their presence eases stress, sparks laughter, and creates a uniquely uplifting atmosphere that makes this class as good for your mood as your body.

Stress Relief Sessions

The combination of mindful movement and puppy cuddles is wonderfully restorative. This class offers a genuine mental reset, lowering stress while strengthening your body, so you leave feeling lighter, happier, and more at ease.

Benefits of Puppies and Pilates

Gentle Low Impact Movement

Pilates strengthens and tones without pounding your joints, making it accessible to nearly everyone. This kind approach lets you build a stronger body comfortably, whether you are new, returning from a break, or protecting sensitive areas.

Stronger Core and Posture

Consistent core work translates into better posture and everyday stability. A stronger midsection eases back discomfort, supports every movement you make, and helps you carry yourself with more comfort and confidence throughout your day.

Natural Stress Relief

Mindful movement paired with playful puppies calms the nervous system. This class becomes a true escape from daily pressure, leaving you noticeably more relaxed, refreshed, and mentally lighter than when you first walked in.

Mood Boosting Fun

Laughter and puppy cuddles release feel good energy that ordinary workouts rarely provide. Enjoying exercise this much makes you far more likely to return, turning consistency into something effortless rather than a constant battle of willpower.

Beginner Friendly Format

The relaxed pace and available modifications make this an easy, welcoming place to start. You build strength and confidence gradually, never feeling judged or overwhelmed, which makes returning to movement feel genuinely approachable and enjoyable.

Mind and Body Connection

Focusing on breath and controlled movement strengthens the link between mind and body. That awareness improves how you move, reduces tension, and carries a sense of calm and presence well beyond the studio walls.

At 650 Fitness in Pacifica, California, we combine gentle, core-focused movement with the pure joy of playful puppies, creating a class that strengthens your body and genuinely brightens your day.
